ABOUT

I am a 22 year old writer who recently graduated from University College London with a first class degree in History. I have written two novels and am an avid musician. At university, the modules I chose were often focused on British and colonial history from the 17th Century, but I have dabbled in everything from the works of Homer to the poll-tax riots under Thatcher.

I started this blog first and foremost because I love studying History and wanted to show that it isn't just about learning the Tudors in school. Secondly, the time seemed ripe, as social media is becoming increasingly political and I think this is an ideal platform to put my thoughts and opinions at length.
